Jose De La Cruz – Lead Superintendent

Jose has been working with Dan Moore in the North Myrtle Beach area for over 15 years.  He is a hands on superintendent that works daily with the crews to make sure that manufactures specifications, warranties and requirements are met or exceeded.  He works with the crews to make sure all work is performed in a safe professional manner.

Tim McCollum – Senior Project Manager

Tim has over 30 years experience in the restoration and waterproofing of high rise hotels, condominiums, office buildings and hospitals. With experience on properties from South Carolina to California. He understands the right product and application for a wide range of repairs to enhance the appearance and value of your property.
